This stainless steel 6-bin order picker trolley is built for fast picking, sorting and despatch in warehouses, retail stores and food-handling areas. The 201 stainless steel frame is corrosion resistant and easy to wipe down, making it a practical choice for hygiene-sensitive spaces and damp back-of-house zones. With three shelf levels and six crate positions, it helps keep multiple orders separated and reduces handling during busy picking runs.
Designed for control in tight aisles, the trolley runs on polyurethane castors with a stable mix of 2 rigid wheels and 2 swivel wheels with brakes for steering and safe stopping. The ergonomic push handle sits at a 927mm handle height to suit day-to-day use, while the overall size of 1074mm long, 675mm wide and 1065mm high keeps the unit compact for store rooms and dispatch areas. It suits 32L and 52L stack and nest crates, with 68L crate use limited to the top shelf only, and includes a wire basket plus bag hooks for small items and accessories.
