This heavy duty swivel castor is built for equipment and platforms that get moved often in busy warehouses, workshops, logistics areas, and event bump-in/bump-out. It uses a 100mm polyurethane tyred wheel with a cast iron centre to help handle rough handling while still being kinder to floors than steel. The 360° swivel frame makes it easier to manoeuvre around tight corners and into position, and the ball bearing wheel helps keep rolling resistance down under load.
The zinc plated frame helps reduce corrosion in day-to-day use, while welded forks and a 6mm thick baseplate are designed to resist flexing when loads shift during transport. A grease nipple supports routine maintenance so the swivel action stays smooth over time. With a 330kg maximum load rating and a 250kg recommended working load, this castor suits trolleys, stillages, display rigs and mobile benches where predictable movement, floor protection, and lower noise are important.
