This plasterboard trolley is built to move large sheets and flat panels around site with less manual handling strain. The 750mm × 915mm platform suits common board sizes and helps keep loads stable while travelling through workshops, warehouses, and fit-out areas. With a safe working load of 500kg, it’s suited to shifting multiple sheets in one trip, reducing repeated lifting and carrying. The low-profile deck makes loading easier from stacks or benches, and the upright support keeps material controlled while you’re on the move.

Mobility is handled by a castor set combining rigid and swivel wheels, including a swivel castor with brake to help with steering and holding position during loading or when parked. The 150mm wheel size helps the trolley roll over typical site floor joints and minor debris. This unit is designed for sheet material and similar flat items up to a maximum height of 1200mm, helping reduce the chance of over-stacking and improving control in tight spaces.
