This stack and nest crate lid is designed to suit the full range of 32L, 52L and 68L stack and nest crates, allowing one standard lid to be used across multiple crate sizes. With overall dimensions of 660 × 425 × 35mm and a weight of 0.8kg, it adds minimal height and handling load while providing a stable cover for packed goods. The natural colour finish supports easy visual checks for cleanliness and general condition in busy storage and transport areas.
The lid helps protect contents from dust and handling during internal movements, warehousing and distribution, and supports more secure stacking when crates are loaded. Integrated tie points allow the lid to be cable-tied shut for added security, reducing the risk of accidental opening and improving containment of loose items. Manufactured from food grade polypropylene, it is suited to hygiene-focused environments and can be wiped down or washed as part of routine cleaning procedures.
