This heavy duty piano dolly is designed to move heavy, bulky and awkward items like pianos, cabinetry and large equipment on a stable flatbed base. With a 600kg safe working load and a compact platform size of 750mm long by 370mm wide, it suits tight access areas while still giving a solid footprint for controlled handling. The 270mm overall height keeps the load lower for steadier transport, helping reduce tipping risk when manoeuvring through doorways, corridors and loading areas.
The frame is built from 25mm square tube steel and uses a strong 5/8in axle to handle demanding day-to-day use. Protective cushioning is fitted to help prevent scuffs and damage to the load during positioning. It runs on 200mm rebound rubber wheels to smooth out the ride over thresholds and uneven surfaces while keeping rolling effort manageable. This unit is supplied flat-packed for easier transport and handling prior to assembly on site.
