General Purpose 200kg Puncture Proof Hand Trolley (MTR200)

This heavy-duty hand trolley is designed for everyday shifting of cartons, crates, drums and equipment in warehouses, workshops and delivery runs. It uses solid puncture-proof wheels to remove the downtime that comes with flats, and a wide rolling surface helps keep loads steady when you’re moving quickly between bays, vehicles or loading docks. The curved steel toe plate is shaped to get under awkward items and provides consistent support when tilting back and travelling over thresholds and rougher concrete.

The steel frame is built from heavy-wall tubing to reduce flex under load, with a fully welded axle assembly to avoid bolts loosening or brackets bending over time. Internal axle seating is reinforced with steel stoppers and split pins to help maintain wheel alignment and predictable tracking. Textured hand grips provide a more secure hold with gloves or sweaty hands, giving better control when starting, stopping, or manoeuvring in tight areas. Solid tyres can flatspot if left under static load for long periods, so it’s best stored unloaded when possible.
