This heavy-duty gas bottle trolley is designed to safely move up to 2 x G-size cylinders across uneven ground, making it suitable for welding, hospitality, medical and general industrial use. The frame includes twin bottle support rings and a safety chain to hold cylinders steady during loading, tipping and transport, helping reduce the chance of bottles shifting while on the move. A reinforced toe plate supports the cylinder bases when levering the load back, and the ergonomic handle height helps maintain better control when manoeuvring in tight service areas, workshops, or site access paths.
For outdoor and rough-surface work, the trolley runs on 255mm foam-filled puncture-proof wheels to avoid downtime from flats on gravel, grass, broken paving or construction debris. Overall trolley size is 800 × 1350mm with a 250 × 580mm toe plate, giving a stable footprint for taller cylinders while keeping the load close to the frame. With a maximum load capacity of 200kg, it’s suited to handling two full cylinders up to around 90kg each, depending on gas type and fill. Supplied flat-packed for easier freight and handling prior to assembly.
