Double Order/Stock Picking Trolley | OPR005

This dual-tub order picking trolley is built for repetitive picking, packing and stock handling where you need quick access to sorted items. The offset layout holds two stack and nest tubs (sold separately) so operators can load and unload each tub independently, helping reduce bending and awkward twisting during frequent transfers. With a 100kg safe working load, it suits busy storerooms, warehouses, retail back-of-house areas and dispatch benches where items need to be separated by order, zone or process step.

The heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame is designed for day-to-day use and easy manoeuvring through aisles and work areas. It runs on four 100mm grey rubber castors for smooth, quiet movement on hard floors, with two swivel castors fitted with side brakes to lock the trolley in place during loading and unloading. The platform is sized to suit common stack and nest tub footprints and supports a range of tub volumes from 32L to 68L. The trolley is supplied flat-packed for efficient storage and freight, with an assembled option available on request.
