This sliding barn door hardware kit is designed for a single sliding door up to 1.5m wide and suits 35mm–45mm thick door panels. It uses top-mount hangers with ball bearing nylon rollers and is rated to support door weights up to 120kg when installed to a suitable structure. The track is supplied as a two-piece 3m rail with a joiner to create one continuous run, making it easier to transport and handle on site while still providing full-length travel for larger openings.
The kit includes the core components required for a standard installation: track sections, hangers, end stops, anti-jump discs and a floor guide to help keep the door stable during operation. Carbon steel construction with a rust-resistant finish suits internal use and sheltered applications where reliable day-to-day sliding performance is needed.
