This 9 shelf bakery rack is built to suit 18in baking trays and keep production moving in busy kitchens, bakeries and food manufacturing areas. The fully welded frame is supplied assembled to cut setup time and reduce ongoing maintenance, with no fasteners to keep tightening. A tray locking bar helps stop trays shifting during transport, and trays can be loaded from either the front or the back to suit your workflow.
For storage efficiency, the Z base frame design allows multiple racks to nest together tightly when not in use, saving floor space. The frame is manufactured from grade304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in wash-down and food environments, and the heavier steel construction helps prevent runners and frames snapping or buckling under regular commercial handling. The rack is fitted with bolt-on interchangeable 100mm stainless steel high-temperature castors, making wheel replacement straightforward without grinding or welding, and helping keep the rack mobile in hot operating conditions.
