Description
This adjustable load skate system is built for relocating heavy machinery across hard, level floors where a standard single skate setup may not offer enough support. The set uses two steel skates connected by an adjustable bar so you can set the spacing to suit the load, helping keep wide or uneven equipment stable while moving. With a total safe working load of 6t for the complete set, it is suited to workshops, factories and maintenance teams handling machinery installs, plant moves and positioning tasks where controlled, low-profile movement is required.
Each skate measures 300 × 250 × 115mm and runs on 8 nylon rollers sized 85 × 90mm to promote smooth travel and spread the load across multiple contact points to reduce floor point loading. Non-slip rubber decks help the load sit securely on the skate during movement, while the powder-coated steel frame is designed to handle regular industrial use. The connecting bar adjusts from 500–1400mm to suit different footprints, and the modular layout allows additional skates to be added for more complex moves when extra support points are needed.
