4 Tier Picking Trolley 1470x680x1690mm (RCR770)

This four-tier mesh shelf trolley is designed for moving stock, cartons, electronics and packaged goods through warehouses, stockrooms and retail back-of-house areas where loads need to stay contained and visible. Built from zinc plated steel for corrosion resistance in daily use, it uses a base deck plus three mesh shelves with raised retention edges to help reduce items sliding or falling during transport. The open-sided layout allows access from either side for faster picking and replenishment, while full-height push handles at each end give solid control when turning or positioning in aisles.

With an overall size of 1740mm long × 675mm wide × 1805mm high and a safe working load of 300kg, the trolley suits heavier stock movements and multi-line order picking. It runs on 100mm non-marking rebound rubber castors for smooth travel across common commercial floors, using a 2 x swivel and 2 x swivel lock & brake setup to help manage steering and keep the unit stable when parked. Castors are bolted to the frame for straightforward replacement, and the bolt-together construction allows the trolley to be supplied flat packed for easier handling and on-site assembly.
