This 240V AC powered sliding gate motor is built for commercial and industrial sliding gates up to 2000kg and up to 12m long. A gear-driven system with soft start/stop helps reduce shock loads on the gate and hardware, while spring limit switches and programmable travel settings support consistent open and close positions. With a gate moving speed of 11-13m/min, it suits sites that need regular access without long wait times, and it’s designed to operate in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C.
The motor is housed in an IP54 enclosure for outdoor installation and day-to-day exposure to dust and rain. It includes a manual override so the gate can be released during a power outage, helping maintain access when mains power is unavailable. Remote control is supported out to up to 30m using 433.92MHz remotes, and additional remotes can be paired as needed for staff and vehicles. For safety and compliance on higher-capacity gates, infrared photocells are recommended to help prevent closing on people or vehicles. A bolt-on gear rack is required to convert a manual sliding gate to automatic operation.
