This 24VDC sliding gate motor is designed to automate sliding gates up to 800kg (with a maximum gate length of 8m) in residential, unit complex and light commercial sites where low-voltage operation is preferred. The gear-rack drive delivers controlled, steady travel at 16-18m/min, helping gates move smoothly without the harsh starts and stops you can get with underpowered setups. A spring limit switch supports consistent end positioning, and the built-in manual release key allows the gate to be operated during power loss or when servicing is required.
The control system supports common access and safety add-ons such as remotes, keypads, photocells, warning lights and backup battery setups, so it can be configured to suit day-to-day site needs. With an IP54 housing and an operating range of -20°C to +70°C, it is suited to outdoor installations when mounted correctly and protected from direct water exposure. The unit runs on 24VDC and is rated at 170W, balancing practical pulling power with quieter operation (up to 58dB) for frequent daily use across mixed residential and commercial environments.
