This 4-sided aluminium bakery tray is built for daily baking and production work where containment and easy handling matter. Made from 1.6mm aluminium, it balances strength with lighter weight for frequent loading, unloading, and rack-to-oven movement. The tray measures 737 × 457mm (18in wide) and includes four pressed sides at 25mm deep, helping keep doughs, pastries, and prepared items contained during baking and transport while also supporting safer, more controlled carrying compared to open trays.
The internal base and sides are finished with a black PTFE 30µm non-stick coating to reduce sticking and improve product release, which helps speed up turnaround between batches and makes wash-down simpler in busy kitchens. The pressed edges are designed to allow secure stacking for more efficient storage and smoother workflow when trays are staged, cooled, or moved between stations. Suitable for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food manufacturing environments where reliable, repeatable handling is required.
