This 3-sided 18in aluminium bakery tray is built for high-volume baking and production areas where quick handling matters. Manufactured from 1.6mm aluminium, it balances strength with lighter weight for frequent lifting, loading and shifting between prep, oven and cooling. The tray measures 737 × 457mm, making it a practical size for commercial bakery and kitchen workflows where consistent tray sizing helps with batching and rack loading.
Three 25mm pressed sides add rigidity and allow stable stacking to save space on benches, racks and in storage. The open side supports faster loading and unloading, helping reduce delays during busy runs. A black PTFE 30µm non-stick coating covers the internal base and sides to reduce sticking, improve product release and make clean-down simpler. The surface is food-grade approved for commercial use, suited to pastries, bread and other baked goods where reliable release and repeatable results are important.
