This 4-sided aluminium baking tray is built for busy commercial kitchens, bakeries and food production areas where consistent sizing and easy handling matter. Manufactured from 1.6mm aluminium sheet, it keeps weight down without feeling flimsy, making it practical for repeated loading, unloading and carrying between benches, ovens and racks.
