This 3-sided aluminium bakery tray is sized to suit 18in (457mm) rack and oven setups, with overall dimensions of 737 × 457mm. It’s made from 1.6mm aluminium to keep weight down while still handling daily use in busy bakeries, commercial kitchens and food production lines. The 25mm pressed sides on three edges add rigidity and help keep product contained during transfer between bench, oven and racks.
The open edge is designed for fast loading and unloading, which helps when trays are moving constantly through prep, bake and packing areas. The three-sided profile also supports secure stacking, reducing storage space and helping keep stacks stable when trays are nested or staged for production. For operations that need easier release and quicker clean-up, a non-stick coated option is available for the same tray format.
