This 3-sided 16in aluminium baking tray is built for fast-paced baking and prep in commercial kitchens, bakeries and food manufacturing lines. The open front edge makes it easier to slide product on and off, helping speed up loading and unloading on benches, racks and production tables. Made from 1.6mm aluminium, it balances strength with low weight for safer manual handling during busy shifts, while the 25mm pressed sides support secure stacking to save space in storage.
The interior base and internal sides are finished with a black PTFE 30µm non-stick coating to reduce food adhesion and improve release of pastries, breads and prepared goods. This coating also helps cut down scrubbing time during wash-downs, supporting consistent turnaround between batches. With overall dimensions of 737 × 406mm and three raised sides for control and containment, it suits high-volume use where reliable handling, repeatable results and easy cleaning matter.
