This 125mm polyurethane tyred nylon wheel is built for general-purpose trolley and castor applications where you need steady rolling and a bit of floor protection without going to a soft rubber wheel. The 35mm tyre width gives a stable contact patch, while the nylon centre helps the wheel keep its shape under load. It’s rated to 250kg maximum capacity, with a 200kg recommended working load for day-to-day use, making it a practical option for workshops, back-of-house areas, stores, and equipment that gets moved regularly.
Designed to suit a 1/2inch (12.7mm) axle, this wheel uses a roller bearing to support consistent movement and handle higher loads with less drag than a plain bore. With a 45mm boss width, it suits a range of castor forks that match the same hub width and axle setup. If you’re replacing a worn wheel, matching the diameter, tyre width, boss width, and axle diameter will help keep your equipment level, reduce scrub, and avoid premature wear on forks and bearings.
