This 12-shelf bakery rack is built to suit 18in baking trays and keep production moving in busy kitchens and bakehouses. The fully welded frame avoids loose fasteners and makes wash-down and daily cleaning straightforward. With an overall size of 1800mm high, 736mm long and 520mm outside frame width, it provides organised tray storage while keeping a compact footprint for prep areas, cool rooms or dispatch.
A Z-base design allows multiple racks to nest tightly together when not in use, helping reduce storage space and clear walkways. Tray locking bars help keep trays stable during transport, and trays can be loaded from the front or rear to suit your workflow. It runs on 100mm high-temperature castors that bolt on for simple replacement, reducing downtime and avoiding the need to grind off worn wheels.
