This 12-shelf bakery rack is built for handling 16in baking trays in busy production areas where hygiene and durability matter. The fully welded frame is supplied assembled, so there are no loose fasteners to retighten over time, and the open design makes it straightforward to wash down and keep clean. Tray runners are set up for quick loading from either side, and locking bars help keep trays in place during movement between prep, bake and cooling areas.
A Z-base frame allows multiple racks to nest closely when not in use, helping reduce the floor space taken up in storage rooms and corridors. The rack is manufactured from grade304 stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance in kitchens and wash areas, and uses thicker steel construction to reduce the risk of frames or runners buckling under regular commercial loads. Mobility is handled by 100mm bolt-on, interchangeable stainless steel high-temperature castors, making replacement simple without cutting or grinding, and keeping the rack moving reliably in hot zones and around ovens.
