Description
This adjustable load skate system is built to shift heavy machinery safely across hard, flat workshop and industrial floors, with a total safe working load of 12t when used as a complete set. It uses two heavy duty skates linked by an adjustable connecting bar so you can set the spacing to suit wide, awkward or uneven bases. Each skate measures 360 × 220 × 115mm, giving a stable footprint under the load while still being compact enough to position in tight plant rooms and production areas.
The steel frames are powder-coated for day-to-day durability, and each skate runs on multiple nylon rollers to help the load travel smoothly while spreading weight to reduce point loading on the floor. Non-slip rubber decks help keep machinery seated during relocation, installation or maintenance moves, especially when starts and stops are frequent. The connecting bar adjusts from 720–1500mm to match different machine widths, and the modular layout means the set can be paired with extra skates when a job needs more support points or a more complex moving arrangement.
