This plasterboard trolley is built to move large sheet materials like plasterboard, MDF and other flat boards around site with less manual handling. The platform measures 1200mm × 580mm × 1180mm and is designed to keep sheets stable while you transport them from the drop zone to the work area. With a safe working load of 600kg, it suits busy commercial jobs where materials need shifting quickly and safely without relying on multiple people to carry awkward panels.
Set up for practical day-to-day use, the trolley runs on a mix of rigid and swivel castors to help track straight in corridors and pivot into tighter spaces when needed. A brake on the swivel castors helps hold position during loading and unloading, reducing the chance of unexpected movement. Wheel size is 160mm to roll over typical site surfaces more smoothly. For safe fit and stability, it is only suitable for material with a maximum height of 1200mm.
