Description
This 20tonne load skate kit is designed to move large machinery and plant across flat, clean concrete floors where controlled handling is required. The set includes two steerable front skates and two fixed rear skates, giving a stable four-point support under heavy or oversized loads. Adjustable linking bars allow the skates to be spaced to suit different load widths, helping keep the load centred and supported during relocation, installation or maintenance work.
Each skate is manufactured from powder-coated steel for durability in industrial and workshop conditions, with a non-slip rubber deck to help grip and steady the load. Nylon wheels are fitted for smooth rolling on hard, level surfaces, while the steerable front skates improve manoeuvrability for positioning in tighter areas. With a compact 108mm overall height and 120mm support length and width per skate, the kit helps keep the load low and stable while spreading weight evenly for safer movement.
