This stainless steel swivel castor is built for equipment that needs reliable movement in hygiene-sensitive areas like healthcare, labs and food handling. The wheel is 100mm diameter with a 27mm wide polyurethane tyre on a nylon centre, giving a good balance of floor protection and rolling performance. Overall castor height is 133mm, making it a practical choice for benches, carts and mobile stands where clearance and manoeuvrability matter.
The swivel head rotates 360° and uses a double ball race design to keep steering smooth under regular use. Stainless steel ball bearings on the axle support consistent rolling and help reduce maintenance in wet or frequently cleaned environments. This model mounts via a 12mm bolt hole and is rated to 100kg maximum load (80kg recommended for day-to-day use). The 90mm swivel radius should be allowed for when planning spacing around legs, frames and corners to avoid fouling during turns.
